CANCELLATION POLICY

A 24-hour advance notice is required and appreciated when canceling an appointment. This policy allows for another person to receive treatment since there are a limited number of sessions available each week. For same-day cancellations and “no-shows,” the charge will be the full amount of the treatment and for packages the missed session will be deducted from the credit on your account. If you arrive late for your appointment, the original end-time will be the same in order to accommodate the clients whose appointments follow yours. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
