Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue is a highly therapeutic and specific type of massage that can be performed on the whole body or focus on an affected area and structure. Deep Tissue addresses all the muscle layers, from the most superficial to the deepest ones, tendons, fascia, ligaments, and other joint structures.

Deep Tissue massage can address chronic muscular pain, sports or other types of injuries (i.e. tennis elbow, whiplash, frozen shoulder, sprains/strains), repetitive stress syndromes (like Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, Piriformis Syndrome), headaches, stress, postural dysfunctions resulting from orthopedic conditions (like TMJD, scoliosis, leg length discrepancy), prolonged computer work, bad posture, nerve entrapment (like sciatica), limited mobility, relieve overused muscles (asthma), etc.
