How often do I need to come?
2-3 sessions weekly right after the procedure. Frequency can be reduced later at a later stage of healing.
How long of an appointment should I book?
60 minute appointments are recommended following surgery. The length may be reduced at a later stage of healing.
How can lymphatic drainage help me after surgery?
MLD decreases scarring and the formation of fibrotic nodules (hard lumps), decreases pain and sensitivity, reduces inflammation and bruising, and promotes faster healing.
I still have the small tubes in, do you do open-drainage?
No, I can not work when open wounds are present but I can see you as soon as they close.
Does lymphatic drainage hurt?
No, lymphatic drainage does not hurt, it is a gentle technique that provides relief.

can I still book an appointment?
Yes, you can make lymphatic drainage appointments for any issue you are experiencing like bloating, constipation, swelling, puffiness, "heavy legs," self-care, detox.
What are some other conditions that Manual Lymphatic Drainage can help?
Pregnancy, GI issues, IVF, seasonal allergies, fibromyalgia, 'foggy brain," inflammatory diseases.
BOOKING APPOINTMENTS
Will my credit card be charged when I make an appointment online?
No, your credit card will not be charged when you are making an appointment. You will pay after your treatment. They system requires a credit card to reserve the time slot.
How do I book and buy a series of sessions?
After you choose the length and time of the appointment, you will be able to select a series and then book one or all of the sessions (recommended).
Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes, there is a 24-hour notice for a cancellation. In the event of a same day cancellation or "no-show," the business reserves the right to charge the full amount of the treatment and, for packages, the missed session will be deducted from the credit on your account. See www.annascire.com/rates
