Please read before your appointment

Safety measures

  • If you arrive earlier than 10 minutes before your appointment, please wait outside the suite

  • Bring only essential items (purse & phone)

  • Use hand sanitizer entering and exiting the suite

  • If you are wearing medical gloves, we request that you remove them before entry

  • Both the practitioner and client must wear a face mask at all times including during the session

  • Please cancel if you have been exhibiting symptoms of Coronovirus (fever or chills, muscle or body aches, headache, shortness of breath, dry cough, congestion or runny nose, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, fatigue, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea ) the last 14 days or if you had close contact with or cared for someone diagnosed with COVID-19, or someone exhibiting any of the above symptoms

Intake Form

We are following the recommendations of the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards (FSMTB), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to implement all necessary precautions in the office:

  • All suite surfaces are disinfected after each patient

  • Linens are professionally washed

  • Disposable barriers are used on massage table and face cradle

  • An air purifier (HEPA/UV) is running all day

  • The time between clients is increased to allow disinfection of all areas
